Requirements:

All participants are responsible for having a valid passport and Visa if necessary.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy:

All cancellations must be submitted to the gestion@dlcirugiaoral.com and will be refunded with no fee until 8 weeks prior to the course, after 6 weeks prior to the course there will be no refund.

Refunds:

Registration is also fully refundable if course is cancelled by the DL Oral Surgery.

We reserve the right to cancel a course for any reason and cannot be responsible for non-refundable airline tickets or other associated fees.

Travel and Transportation Cost:

Lunch and snacks breaks are included in  the course.

All the materials needed for the hands on are included in the course.

Hotel accommodations, travel costs/airline, and other expenses during the course are not included. We are not responsible for reimbursing customer travel costs, airline cancellation or rescheduling fees or similar costs regardless of who cancels. Ground transportation to and from the airport, hotel,  are not included.
